Mr. Sam Yau
General Manager
Mr. Yau has joined LSG Lufthansa Sky Chefs since 1981. He began his managerial career as a Senior Operation Management and was promoted to General Manager in 1989. He gained his professional academic qualification in Hospitality Management added to his extensive senior management experience. He possesses more than 20 years of management and operations experience in catering industries. Mr. Yau also gained experience in aircraft catering and was seconded to Beijing and Guam. Now, He leads the team of more than 700 staff in General Catering Division and caters for providing high quality of food and services for our customers.

Mr. Richie Li
Deputy General Manager
Mr. Li graduated from Les Roches Hotel Management School (Swiss Hotel Association), Switzerland and also holds a Master Degree of Science in Managerial Leadership from HKU SPACE.
Prior to joining LSG, Richie has extensive F&B backgrounds from working in different renowned International and local catering organizations. Currently, he is responsible for managing administration and operations and assists the General Manager in business development of the General Catering Division.
