Mr. Sam Yau   

General Manager

 

Mr. Yau has been with LSG Lufthansa Sky Chefs since 1981. He began his managerial career as a Senior Operation Management and was promoted to General Manager in 1989.  He gained his professional academic qualification in Hospitality Management which added to his extensive senior management experience.  With more than 20 years of management and operations experience in the catering industry, he leads a team of more than 600 employees in the General Catering Division, providing consistently high-quality food and services for customers.

 

 

Ms. Cynthia Leung
Assistant General Manager

 

Ms. Leung began her career with a large international industrial caterer in 1995 and moved up from Assistant Catering Manager, Senior Catering Manager, Operations Manager, Catering Administration Manager and currently as the Assistant General Manager.  She gained her academic qualification in Hotel Management and holds a Masters in Business Administration in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.  She is currently awarded with a doctorate degree in Business Administration by University of Newcastle.  Added to her strong academic background, she has extensive management experience both in operations and administration in several reputable international and local catering companies.  Currently, she is responsible for managing administration, business development and operations of the General Catering Division.
