School Catering

We aim to provide fresh, healthy, nutritious and delicious lunch services to schools. Approximately 95% of our school meal production is processed at our central food production facility in Chek Lap Kok.  Quality is assured through LSG Sky Chefs’ industry-leading Global Quality System (GQS) based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).

 

Meals are cooked fresh daily.  Our menus are planned by our Executive Chef and our Quality Assurance personnel with the professional advice from registered dietitians according to the “Nutritional Guidelines on School Lunch for Primary School” issued by the Department of Health.

 

We are currently serving 62 schools throughout Hong Kong. The operational modes differ and are tailored to the school’s specific requirements and can include any of the followings:
