Canteen Style


  • In canteen style school catering, a menu with two main courses is offered each day. Meals are freshly cooked daily at our central kitchen to be delivered in bulk to schools with our own truck fleet for reheating and distribution.
  • Starch item (rice or pasta) and vegetables will be freshly cooked in the canteen to preserve nutritional value and freshness for serving. Meal trays will be set up for the younger students on the tables with lids. Older students will retrieve their meals at the service counter with the assistance from our staff.
  • A designated area will be allocated where students can have their meals refilled with appropriate portion.
  • All the garbage is collected and removed from the premises after the meal period. A designated recycling company will collect the food waste for recycling treatment. The canteen area will be cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis.
