Food Safety is our top priority. Quality is assured for the whole food production process through LSG Group’s industry-leading Global Quality System (GQS) based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Our Fight Kitchen at Chek Lap Kok is also accredited with international food safety system certification: ISO 9001.


Professional Quality Control

• Mandatory food hygiene and safety training are organized for new joined staff. Regular refresher training is also for all staff

• Unannounced audits are conducted in every kitchen, canteen and delivery truck to ensure quality control on food temperature, operation process and service standard

• Food samples are collected on regular basis for microbiological tests in our in-house laboratory
